'Just4ll' is a project that aims at improving access to justice for people with disabilities through actions such as raising awareness and training of legal operators in the specific attention and needs to this group of citizens.

For the implementation of the program, Fundación ONCE hosted a meeting on Wednesday attended by representatives of the European Disability Forum (EDF), European Association of Service Providers for Persons with Disabilities (EASPD), Thomson Reuters Aranzadi and Carlos III University of Madrid, through the Human Rights Institute Bartolomé de las Casas, all of them partners in this project.

In addition, the program counts on the support of the International Union of Notaries, the European Foundation Center (EFC), the General Council of the Spanish Lawyers (CGAE) and the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ). 'Just4all' is a project led by Fundación ONCE that will be developed in 30 months.

Specifically, the program aims at improving the real access to justice for people with disabilities and thus contribute to the effective implementation of legislation on human rights and also on disability issues.

One of its objectives is to raise awareness among legal operators about the needs of people with disabilities in the exercise of their effective right of access to justice and to provide them with training to strengthen their knowledge on specific rights of these citizens.

In order to meet its objectives, EDF, Fundación ONCE and its partners will develop a series of actions that include the analysis of the state of art on access to justice by people with disabilities. Likewise, they will design a massive online course (MOOC) on this subject and will offer training to legal operators, through the organization of different workshops.

The project also includes an awareness campaign on people with disabilities and their access to justice and organize a European seminar on the implementation in the EU of the European Charter of Fundamental Rights and the UN Convention on the Rights of the People with Disability in the field of justice.
