Alexandre Bloxs Biography

Alexandre is the policy assistant for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the 2030 Agenda. He is assisting the project officer in promoting inclusive Sustainable Development Goals in EU policies. His tasks involve writing articles for the website, participating in meetings with EU institutions, members and partners, promoting our Human Rights Report on the Sustainable Development Goals and representing our position at SDGs-related events.

Alexandre has worked in EDF since February 2018. He is involved in various association advocating for the rights of deaf persons in Belgium both as an advocate and a counselor.

He graduated from University of Liège in June 2017, with a Master’s in Law with a specialization in Labour and Social Security Law. His thesis was about the correlation between the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Belgian disability allowance system
