And the EDF Youth Employer 2019 is...

28 March 2019

On Saturday the 23 March in Bucharest, during a seminar on employment organised by EDF’s Youth Committee, the three finalists of EDF’s Youth Employer Contest came to present their good practice and battle it out for the top prize.
The three shortlisted candidates were Dafür Unternehmens- und Personalberatung (For Corporate and Personnel Consulting), from Austria, EasyPay AD – Money Transfers and Payment Services, from Bulgaria, and Lippischer Kombi-Service, from Germany.
The first prize in EDF’s Youth Employer Contest 2019 went to Lippischer Kombi Service (LKS) from Germany, presented by employee Thomas Schirmacher. LKS is an inclusive employer offering a range of different services. The largest of these is "Pop & Corn", an enterprise within LKS that provides lunch and school catering, where most employees work. Around 50% of all employees at LKS have disabilities, and about one third of staff are 25 years of age or younger. We congratulate all of the contestants and wish them every success for the future!
