Inclusion Europe

  1. Founded in 1988, Inclusion Europe (IE) is a non-profit organisation representing people with intellectual disabilities and their families. IE has 67 members across 38 countries in Europe. Two thirds of the Inclusion Europe board are people with an intellectual disability or family members of people with intellectual disability. The European Platform for Self-Advocates (EPSA) is also part of Inclusion Europe. Formed in 2000, EPSA is fully run by self-advocates from different countries in Europe. They inform Inclusion Europe policy, as well as campaign with decision makers across Europe for their rights.
